Polyurethane

It is an elastomer with properties that make it an outstanding material such as elasticity, elastic yield, resistance to abrasion, high breaking loads and high elongation at break.
It resists well to mineral oil lubricants, greases, not synthetic and mineral additives, diesel, ageing and is attacked by acids, alcohols and high-temperature steam
There are various types of adiprene, the most used is the one with a hardness of 90 sh. Resistant up to 130° C tips and -40° C to harden but does not become brittle.
